She is at the centre of all aspects of the tenancy, landlord and agency relationship. Paul Davey

I am Paul Davey, Head of Tenancy Management and Business Development, specialising in connecting private landlords with the right tenants. I work closely with both landlords and tenants throughout the letting process, helping to make the journey as smooth and straightforward as possible.

As a business, we act as agents for private home lettings, covering flats and houses. My focus is on providing a professional, personal service while building strong relationships and ensuring both landlords and tenants receive the support they need.

Samantha Davey

I play an important role in ensuring our property lettings run smoothly from start to finish. I manage property inventories, tenant check-ins and check-outs, and handle the day-to-day administration of tenancy paperwork.

I also look after the keys for our properties, making sure everything is organised and readily available when needed. My focus is on being organised, approachable and helpful, providing landlords and tenants with a smooth and professional experience throughout their tenancy.
