What Our Clients Say

Trusted by Landlords and Tenants Across Kent

Sarah had been instrumental in helping us find super properties for rent and providing a seamless end to end service from property search all the way through to property management.

– Helen

Sarah’s caring, thorough approach ensures tenants feel supported and listened to, with issues being dealt with quickly and efficiently. Her constant attention means that, as a landlord, you feel your property is being cared for in the same way as you would yourself. Her attention to detail and knowledge of the regulations means that your property is kept up to date with requirements and your tenants can live safe and secure.

– Andrew

Sarah and Paul have been fantastic from the moment they introduced their services. They’ve given me peace of mind with the new regulations and manage all the tricky stuff on my behalf alerting me of anything my property needs to stay current. Their engagement with my tenant has been polite, professional and I am very looked after, Would Highly Recommend!

– Karl

We have been working (in fact the right word is partnering) with Sarah for over 6 years. We have several properties spread across the UK which are being managed by several agents, Sarah and her team is by far the most efficient and hard working of the agencies by far. They have a knack of getting stuff done and is able to deal with really complex tenants as well. Sarah has a great relationship with the council, tenant and landlord – she is “on it” all the time. Great person to partner with, who thinks from the tenants and landlords’ angle – great combination to have. Highly recommend The Coast Lettings Company all day long. Feel free to contact us if you want to chat…..

We’ve had the pleasure of Sarah and the team managing our Kent property for over 4 years now. Sarah is resourceful, responsive and always on the front foot with our large. HMO property which has meant that. we’ve been able to be a lot more hands-off with Coast Lettings running things. Fantastic service and highly recommended.
